Tawanda Mandizha

Tawanda is a holder of several professional qualifications in the Real Estate and Built Environment Sectors. He spent 14 years working for the City of Harare (Harare Municipality) in the Valuations and Estates Division working as a property manager. During this time he was charged with the management of Council Leases as well as the marketing and sale of Council Commercial and Industrial land. Over the years, Tawanda developed an interest in entrepreneurship. He started his own Transport Business from scratch and saw it grow to the point of diverting from the business into Real Estate. He is currently developing a Real Estate portfolio while at the same time also perusing an interest in construction, mining and farming. He possesses excellent communication skills which are continuously being perfected over time a legacy of his City of Harare days.
